Day 22 - Belated Celebration


In my blogging brilliance yesterday, I forgot to mark another milestone.


THREE WEEKS OF WORKING OUT EVERY DAY!


I'm sure this is the longest I have ever been in this great of a routine and I think blogging is really helping me along this journey.

  2. YAY for you!!! Its so hard to stick to a workout, and you have gone 21 days (the time they say it takes to form a habit)..me? not so much, but going to work towards it starting in the a.m.........you have inspired me that it can be done! Great job!

  5. On the MediFast program, I'm only supposed to have their foods - except for protein (tofu, soy, chicken, fish, etc) and vegetables. That's why it wasn't perfect. Even though the foods I did eat were healthy, they weren't on the plan. Thanks for the encouragement!
